Section Event Ticket Deadline: 10 December
A limited number of tickets are available for some section events.
Attention U.S. attendees: your badge was mailed in mid-November. In order to purchase additional tickets, contact our team by phone: 866-470-7778 or 703-449-6418 between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Eastern Time, Monday–Friday. After purchase by phone, you will need to visit the registration area, Hall A of the convention center to update your badge.
Attention non-U.S. attendees: You may return to the registration module to purchase additional tickets for section events.
Tickets will not be sold on site or at the door of the section events.
Section Business Meeting & Receptions
Sections hosting a business meeting and reception will have the opportunity to engage within their Scientific Neighborhood as well as host their traditional business meetings/award presentations in a private meeting room located within their neighborhood. Attendees will be able to move between section business meetings while also enjoying an opportunity to engage with section leaders and colleagues in an informal reception setting. See schedule »
Section Business Meeting & Luncheons
Section luncheons will honor section award recipients and discuss section related business, offering attendees an opportunity to engage with leaders and colleagues in a traditional sit-down lunch setting. See schedule »
Section Early Career & Student Networking Events
Interested in meeting other researchers outside your discipline, and want to explore future collaboration opportunities? This event is especially designed to promote networking across disciplines for students and early career scientists. You can hear stories of different panelists, explore volunteer and leadership opportunities and exchange ideas with colleagues while enjoying light refreshments. See schedule »
