- Name: Eric Leuliette
- Organization: NOAA Center for Weather and Climate Prediction (NCWCP)
- Email: Eric.Leuliette@noaa.gov
Eric Leuliette joined NOAA in 2007 as a research oceanographer and is Acting Branch Chief at the Laboratory for Satellite Altimetry in College Park, Maryland, USA. He is the NOAA Program and Project Scientist for the Jason Altimetry Program and the NASA/NOAA Ocean Surface Topography Science Team.
- Name: France Lagroix
- Organization: Institut de Physique du Globe de Paris
- Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
France Lagroix is a CNRS researcher at the IPGP (France). Trained as a geologist at Lakehead University in Canada (H.B.Sc., M.Sc) and as a geophysicist at the University of Minnesota (Ph.D.), she has acquired a breath of knowledge in the geosciences and an in-depth understanding of the fundamentals of mineral and rock magnetism. Her research is currently focused on furthering our understanding of continental Quaternary climate and environmental change from the magnetism of loess and paleosol deposits across the European continent.
- Name: David Cairns
- Organization: Texas A&M University
- Email: email@example.com
David Cairns is a Professor and Department Head of the Geography Department at Texas A&M University. His primary research interests are on the impacts of climate change on vegetation at short and long time scales in a variety of environments. The focus of his work is on ecotones, the transition zones between different vegetation types. Most of his fieldwork has been accomplished at tree line in the western United States, Alaska, and in northern Sweden. He also has projects in two other sensitive environments: saltmarshes on the coasts of Denmark and Texas, and tundra environments on the North Slope of Alaska. He uses a variety of approaches—including population genetics, dendroecological methods, and simulation modeling—to answer questions about how these environments respond to climate change.
- Name: Ben Kravitz
- Organization: Pacific Northwest National Lab
- Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Ben Kravitz is a climate scientist at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. His research interests involve using climate models to understand the global response to idealized radiative forcing, particularly the excitation of climate feedbacks. He is also the coordinator of the Geoengineering Model Intercomparison Project (GeoMIP).
- Name: Erwan Monier
- Organization: Massachusetts Institute of Technology
- Email: email@example.com
Dr Erwan Monier is a Principal Research Scientist at the MIT Center for Global Change Science and Joint Program on the Science and Policy of Global Change. His research focuses on understanding and quantifying the uncertainty in future projections of global and regional climate change, assessing the impacts of climate change with a focus on the natural and managed land systems, estimating the benefits and costs of climate mitigation and improving the representation of the human-Earth coupled system in integrated assessment models. In recent years, he contributed to the intercomparison project with Earth System Models of Intermediate Complexity (EMICs) undertaken in support of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) Fifth Assessment Report (AR5) and he was the lead climate scientist for the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Climate Change Impacts and Risk Analysis (CIRA) project, in which he was involved in various climate impact assessments including the impacts of climate on agriculture and water resources, on forestry and wildfires, and on air quality and health.
