A reception to celebrate the diversity of students and professionals from groups that are traditionally underrepresented in the Earth and space sciences, and to also celebrate our collective accomplishments in promoting diversity in the Earth and space sciences. Light refreshments will be served. This event is being co-hosted by the American Geophysical Union, UCAR SOARS program, the International Association for Geoscience Diversity, Geoscience Alliance, MS PHD’S Professional Development and Mentoring Institute and the Cirrus Academy – A STEAM Charter School System, and the National Science Foundation – Directorate for Geosciences.
This event is Open to All, even though tickets are required. If unable to get tickets beforehand, please plan on attending and register at the door.
