Muir Woods, Giant Redwoods and Sausalito Half-Day Trip

Join the early career scientists and students in the Berkner Fellowship program on this trip to an ancient forest of giant redwood trees, among the oldest and tallest on Earth. Meet new friends while exploring Muir Woods, and chat up other geophysicists in the seaside Mediterranean-style village of Sausalito.

San Francisco City Lights Evening Tour
Tuesday, 16 December 7:00 P.M. – 9:30 P.M., Departs from Union Square, $24.99 Ticket
All members are welcome to join an AGU staff member on a 2-hour evening tour of San Francisco! From Union Square, travel up and down the hilly city, admiring neighborhoods like Chinatown and the Marina as they light up for the night. Stop by the Golden Gate Bridge vista point for a beautiful photo opp, and then travel across the Bay Bridge to Treasure Island for a look at the city skyline and to watch the Bay Bridge light show.
