The European Research Council (ERC) supports investigator-driven frontier research in all sciences. Scientific excellence is the sole award criterion for grants, which can amount up to EUR 3.5 million. Any researcher can apply but must carry out research at a host institution in a Member State of the European Union or Associated Countries. At this town hall, we will present the main features of ERC funding schemes followed by a Q&A session. Contact: Annekathrin Jaeger, Annekathrin.JAEGER@ec.europa.eu
