Recognizing that technology plays an important role in facilitating our members’ participation in the Fall Meeting, AGU expanded and improved the virtual meeting offerings for the 2012 Fall Meeting.
Several key sessions were made available to all AGU members and the general public through a free live streaming option. AGU also increased the number of sessions and lectures that are provided in Video on Demand format – including the five sessions that were streamed live – and added the ability for viewers to comment. The ePoster program, which allows authors to display an electronic version of their poster on this Web site and engage viewers via an interactive discussion board, was also continued.
